Is there a minimum for the order value?

There is no such minimum. Please check if you have a limit on the amount of transactions on your bank account.

Is it safe to use my bank card online?

Anima and the bank do not retain bank card details. The transaction is implemented through a secure system, such as Stripe's encryption systems.

Do I need a username and password?

All you need is your bank card. In some cases special authentication is required depending on the type of card as well as the service provider. For more information about this type of payment, we advise you to contact your bank, where you can get the most comprehensive answer.

Is electronic payment secure?

Yes, absolutely. Bank card details are not kept on record. The connection between the user's computer and Stripe is also secured by the latest encryption standards.

Is my data protected when I shop at Anima?

Of course, it's perfectly safe to shop on the Аnima page. All information is stored under extremely high security. In addition, access to each customer's account is restricted with a unique password. For more information on privacy, please see the Terms and Conditions on our page.

What is the time limit to return a product?

You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

What documents do I need to return a product?

No need for any paperwork. Simply fill in the return form from your account and make sure the products are eligible for return: free from signs of use, dirt or damage, and accompanied by product-specific documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a return for a product that is not in good merchantable condition.

Can I replace an ordered product?

You can, just send us an email with the item number as well as the order confirmation.

Return Policy:

You must return the products in their original product packaging, the products must be free from signs of use, free from defects, with all labels, accessories, warranty, instructions, etc. You are advised to try the products you have purchased without removing the labels as they may become damaged or lost. Note that a product returned without a label cannot be put up for re-sale. Returns are at the customer's expense.

Can I return ordered products?

According to our "Terms and Conditions", ordered products can be returned in the condition in which they were received (without signs of use, with all labels and accompanying documents), within 14 days from the date of receipt, the return is at the expense of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel a pending order directly through your customer profile.

How will I receive the products and how much does their delivery cost

Delivery to address:

For orders over 100 BGN delivery is free. For orders under 100 BGN the delivery fee is 6 BGN.

Delivery to an Econt or Speedy office:

For orders over 100 BGN delivery to an Econt or Speedy office is free. For orders under 100 BGN the delivery fee is 6 BGN.

 

Can I purchase the entire stock of a product?

Each Anima user has the option to purchase a maximum of 5 pieces of one item

How do I get confirmation of a successful order?

After finalizing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your purchase. It contains an order number that you can use to keep track of its status.

What is the payment method?

Payment for the products is made in two ways: by bank card when finalizing the order or in cash upon receiving of the products (cash on delivery). If you pay by bank card when you finalise the order, you can use the following cards.

The product I want to purchase is no longer in stock. Is it still possible to order?

The earlier you get involved in the shopping, the better the chance of buying the product you want. We do not guarantee that there will be more stock of a product once it is sold out.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Optionally, the order can be placed without prior registration.
