According to our "General Terms and Conditions", ordered products can be returned in the condition in which they were received (without signs of use, with all labels and accompanying documents) within 14 days of receipt, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Deliveries are available worldwide. Goods are only shipped in standard household quantities and are only sent to end users.
We offer free delivery for orders over 100 BGN or 100 EUR. In other cases, the delivery fee is calculated by the specific courier.
We usually deliver all orders for items we have in stock within 3-5 business days.
For Bulgaria, we ship our items with our partners Econt and Speedy.
For outside of Bulgaria, we ship international with DHL. Deliery time is 3 - 5 business days, depending on the destination.
